MAKE SURE THE ESTOPPEL REQUEST LISTS ALL THE BUYER NAMES THAT WILL APPEAR ON THE TITLE AND PHONE NUMBERS. A copy of the sales contract needs to accompany the estoppel request.
Estoppel requests are completed and returned when a complete request and payment is received and with the receipt of a complete buyer application with payment. We do not process estoppel requests without complete buyer application and payment.
IF CLOSING OCCURS BEFORE THE ORIENTATION IS COMPLETED THE NEW HOMEOWNER WILL BE IN VIOLATION WITH THE HOA AND WILL BE ASSESSED A $1,000.00 FINE AND COMPLAINTS WILL BE FILED WITH RESPECTIVE PROFESSIONAL REGULATORS FOR ALL INVOLVED .
The estoppel will give you all the information you need.
There is no other HOA for Section Ten Association.
All purchasers are required to attend the Orientation to complete the approval process prior to closing.
Approval is required and letters will be issued at orientation.
There is no capital contribution required.
THE ESTOPPEL IS GOOD FOR 30 DAYS.
IF AN UPDATED ESTOPPEL IS NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL $150.00 FEE IS REQUIRED.
